One of the biggest tournaments in Michigan is kicking off on June 16th. The 7th annual NBAA Lake St Clair Open is launching out of Harley Ensign on Lake St Clair. Last year's open was one of the best in recent history with the top 30 teams bringing in nearly 18 pounds. It has been said that the fishing has never been better on Lake St Clair and the big weights seem to prove this.

How many spots did this event pay down to?
Not enough. probably pay to 10th then a gift card or fishing rod. It's a very well run tournament but in my opinion they don't payout near as much as they should.
Its a top loaded tournament. There's no secret about it when you sign up. I personally like the fact that I have a chance at winning $5,000. But there's different ways of looking at it I guess.
Any results for this tourney? not on their site yet
