Title: Opti oil
Post by: ronhuntfish on May 20, 2007, 10:03:32 AM
OK, I know it's been asked on here before, but I can't find it.  Maybe the info has changed since then.

Is there anyone still selling Opti oil in bulk?  (A place I can bring my own container to fill.)

I just realized that I am about out of oil. :(

Where are you buying it in the gallon jugs?

Any place in Lapeer/Oakland/Genesee/other close counties that have reasonable prices?

I purchased 10 gallons of it from wonderland in bulk at their fishing extravoganza for $18 a gallon.  I got one gallon at bass pro shops for $34 before I found out about the bulk oil at wonderland.

If you go to buy it in bulk make sure you bring an empty oil jug. I heard that they wouldn't dispense it into unapproved containers.

$25/gallon?    Ohio Marine in Coldwater has it for 17/gallon.   In a pinch I picked some up near Algonac at Rose Marine for 22/gallon.
