Title: Fantasy League Lake Amistad
Post by: Dan on March 10, 2006, 01:35:12 PM
Looks like calm water for the sight fisherman today on Amistad. Should be some huge sacks. I have three guys in the top ten that I hope can pull up more. My two other prospects got to get going to make the cut to 50.

I got 4 of 5 in the top 15 and the other one isn't even fishing.  I accidently picked a fisherman not even in the event.  So I got four guys going for me and they are all producing 3 of them in the top ten.  They are scoring me some big points.

I saw that you are wallowing in the points. I got three in the top ten but the other two are about 55 and 57 and I hope they make the cut. If they do and my top three have a good day I'll be right behind you. Got to start looking for the right picks for the next event.

I have to tip my hat to the guy, he seems to always be at the top in contension.  Even great anglers like Clunn and a few of the other don't make the cuts or are not as consistent.  Even on the lakes they say won't fit his style PITTSBURGH for one he finds a way to get it done and not just good enough to place but to win or finish really hi.  The classic this year everyone said he dosn't fish Florida good and he was down after day one and people were wondering if he would make the cut.  Wow did he make a comeback.  The guy just breaths confidence always thinks he can win even if he is down by 20-30lbs.  He is a fishing animal what momentum he has going.  Even better he is from Michigan.

Ish Monroe wins on Amistad! Good job and a deserving angler. From what I read he is a great guy and lots of people will be happy he won.

Thanks.  I had three guys make the top 12.  The other made it to day three so that helped also.  And the fifth i picked a guy who wasn't even fishing in this tournament.  So I got nothing from him.  I wish I wouldn't of been so stupid i could of gotten someone who was fishing this turney and got me some more points.  Oh well.  It is all for fun anyways.  Gives us something to do.  And not to mention that big prize pack. lol
