Title: St. Clair River - North End
Post by: LennyB on July 12, 2010, 11:30:10 AM
Hi eveyone,

My in-laws bought a cottage just North of Port Huron this spring and it looks like I'm going to start fishing the North End of the St. Clair River and maybe the lower end of Huron. I've never fished that area and am looking for adivce. Any tips, techniques and what to expect is appriciated.

Stay away from the bridge. Last I knew, guys in camo/green with machine guns don't like it ;D

I've only fished it a handful of times, but caught some nice bass fishing current breaks along the shore near Huron. There's some deep bass along the first channel drop in the channel though I've done better on the Canadian side.
