I've had a few inquiries into the status of our order so i thought i would put up a quick update. I talked to the guy about 2 weeks ago and he thought there was going to be some delay in the shipment from the factory but it would have probably only been 1 week - i pinged him again just today to see if he had any news and here is what i got back - keep in mind he's ordering these in the 10s of thousands and they are freighted to him.

I order unpainted and painted as samples. The unpainted are made and ready to be shipped. The painted will actually be electroplated. They are testing the durability of the finish on the painted ones. This has taken a couple extra days. Shipment should ship to me by Friday for delivery in 20-30 days. Then another couple days to you...so in short by the end of April.

Good news is i will hopefully have them in the mail by the c&r opener or ready to go to deliver at the DK open for those of you who are picking them up there - if you aren't going, I will do my best to get them shipped out or delivered ASAP when they arrive.

Thanks

still have 12 inches of ice in front of my house.  no hurry for me.  DK open is fine.

HellaBass

yeah, we may need some bigger tungsten weights to get through the ice around here  :-[

thedude

good news. the weights have shipped from whatever magical land that tungsten comes from to the supplier. He is expecting them by the weekend. I told him i needed to deliver them on the 3rd to the Open and he said he would do everything he could to get them to me before then (probalby friday night lol).

Anyway... looks like i should have them for the open if everything goes well.

Cool! - that will simplify things...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
