I heard there were a bunch of DQs.  Just looking to hear the rest of the story.  It can't possibly be as bad as I am hearing, what the directors did.

I was one of the 4 DQ'd.    When I signed up Ron the director told me the official time which was about 1 minute behind my watch.  We went out and caught 5 fish and about 8:45 we caught a cull fish.  I was back wrestling one of them giant 14 ¾ inch smallies and looked at my watch and it was 8:53.  I told my partner we had to go in a hurry and probably would not make it in time.  We came across and were behind 3 pontoon boats for the long idle in.  when we got to the dock it was 9:00 on my watch which meant we were a minute late.  Ron informed me we were late and if we had fish to release them.  We loaded the boat and headed home.  Not sure what happened after we left.  I did call Ron on Monday to make sure I had not said anything out of order.  I have no problem with the decision he made since it is me who should have been in on time.  It is the first time and will be the last I am ever late.

I hope no one makes to big of a deal out of this.  We were all late and that is it....
