Life is good, but I do have a couple of prayer requests if I may.

Prayer request 1. 
Short story:  I've needed surgery on my neck for about 5 years now.  Most of the time it's manageable, but lately things have been a little flared up and keeping me awake at night.  Basically, I don't make enough to be insured and I'm not poor enough for any sort of government health care.  So I'm uninsured and SOL.  As long as things settle down soon, I'll be ok for a while without surgery, but it is a constant distraction and can get quite painful.  Usually it lasts a few months before it settles down.

Prayer request 2.
Our church is growing beyond our current building.  However, moving into a new place is very cost prohibitive.  We have a couple of possibilities in the works, but need God to move on our behalf to make something work out for us to be able to get into a bigger place.  We don't want the church to have to take on a huge payment, so we need favor.

Thanks in advance for the prayers brothers!  Life is great in spite of the obstacles!  Obstacles are just a way for us to develop a deeper faith.

As far as your surgery...I have spent the last 3 days wandering around U of M hospital...There are postings all over for Patients needed for different research tests....Maybe there is something available there....Might be able to find something online at the U of M med site....I don't know much about it but it could be worth looking into...

I would keep working the "Assistance" side of it also....Alot of things have opened up with the new healthcare regs and Med requirements....

As far as the building...A guy that I used to work with has started his church out of an Older manufacturing site that he leases space from....I don't attend there but when I drive by the place it looks like his numbers are growing every week.....Sad to say alot of Manufacturing sites and warehouses are opening up due to the economy... maybe you can find something there cheap that may  be a blessing for you....I am sure the owner/Manager would love to have you and maybe cut you a deal....

Hey bro, as you know my church www.metrosouthchurch.com is going thru the same thing and God came through BIG TIME with a 45000 sq/ft building for $300,000.  I will be prayin for ya.
