A slight change in plans.  You can sign up at the Ultimate Fishing Show for GreatLakesIceFishing.com but will have to fill out the form there online or later after you get home and login, and have the free jig mailed to you shortly after the show. Sorry about the miscommunication.

On a good note - there is a HUGE display of ice fishing gear including a mini-tip-up town of ice shanties just north of Lake Ultimate. It makes me even want to buy one now seeing that many shanties in one place!! Tons of other ice gear - augers - you name it!
