I know that a lot of you fish tournaments there and probably will not give up your honey holes, but any suggestions for this lake would be appreciated. I have only really pond fished before and last fall I bought a small boat. This lake is close to me and I like it since there are not jetskis or ski boats allowed. I went there yesterday (Sunday, 6-25) and only caught one, it was a nice 18" fat guy, but I read about some other guys in a tournament yesterday that had a 6.5+lb.er and a huge bag and I was disappointed. I must not be fishing these larger lakes right so any help would be great. I threw a JnP a lot, senko, crank, popR, Zoom Horny Toad, etc. Tried a lot of presentations, just no results.
I don't fish any tournaments and don't plan too so if you want to PM or email me I won't give up your secrets. Thanks, Chris

Also any tips for Crooked in Brighton (I live across the street) or any other Brighton-area lakes would be good too. If anybody is going out by themselves I would love to join you around here to learn a few things or if you want to go out on my floating little tin can let me know.

At the top of the page, there is a "Forum Search" bar.  Type in Kent Lake.  There have been a bunch of posts over the past year or so.  Should be enough to get you started.

If you have still have questions after that, let us know.  there are a few of us on this board who fish it a bunch.

I did a search and it came back with 3 pages, everything from Kent Lake to "Kent"ucky Lake from only 2006. I will check and see if I can get into the archived pages.
