TBF National Championship Announced

The first TBF National Championship location and dates have been announced. TBF national staff is in the process of notifying all qualifiers including our TBF of Michigan qualifiers Derek Cummings and Jon Jezierski.

?  TBF National Championship presented by the National Guard
?  Lake Wylie in Charlotte, NC
?  Off Limits beginning Monday, April 2 ? Tuesday, April 17 
?  Angler arrival: Tuesday, April 17, Practice  1 Day:  Wednesday, April 18, Competition, April 19-21
?  Boats provided by Ranger
?  Anglers responsible for travel expenses to and from the event. Accommodations on-site furnished by TBF/FLW.
?  Press release for public information and further detail to release early next week (likely Monday)
?  Qualifiers to also receive complete rules and information packet in the mail.  Going out next week.

This promises to be a huge event with further rewards possible such as qualification to the Wal-Mart BFL All-American and the FLW Tour Championship.

Good Luck Guys! What a lake! I lived with Lake Wylie in my backyard for 30 years! (I moved to Michigan for the big lakes AND Smallmouth? )

Its a great fishing lake with some hefty fish! I last fished it in the spring 2006
