The Spybait is really well tuned to 3 to alb fluorocarbon. But I have found if you play with line size and go up or use mono the bait will rise when you reel it and then when you pause it drops again straight down. It's like working a jerk bait in super slow mo. It a different look that the smallies have been liking a lot this year thanks to the very long mayfly hatch we have had.
