You can read all you want, but you have to talk to Bob Luellen at Worldwide Marine Underwriters to fully understand what a value it is to have a company such as this cover your boat.

That alone would make me go with them over my last Insurance company.
BUT!!!!! The quote I received was also $71 less than the quote I got from my last carrier on my new/used Ranger. I put in the request for quote on the end of day Tuesday, I received my quote the next day, and on thursday when I decided to active the policy, I had my insurance binder emailed to me within 30 minutes.

They couldn't have made it easier. I live in South West Jackson County, an hour away from WWMU and I never had to leave my desk to get coverage.

If you think you've got good coverage, give em a try, I'll bet you'll be glad you made a call.

Thanks for giving Bob and Worldwide Marine Underwriters a try Josh. I have absolutely no doubt that boaters who call him will come away impressed and knowing they've found the real deal.

What's important is getting a great price on coverage that TRULY covers our boats and equipment. Something some marine insurance coverage does not do.

Sometimes, there are unpleasant surprises when we finally need the coverage. Bob will make sure that doesn't happen to any of us. Bob is an avid boater and angler. He's owned a whole bunch of different fishing boats from small to walleye to bass. Bob has fished both walleye and bass tournaments. He knows what we need, AND he knows how to get more for a better price.

Worldwide Marine will not try to talk you out of your present coverage if you have good coverage at a good price. They will be straight with you on that. Integrity is as important to Bob as it is to me, which is why Worldwide Marine Underwriters is the EXCLUSIVE marine insurance sponsor for GreatLakesBass.com. I would not risk all of your trust for anything but the top quality company.

Even if you decide not to switch, many of us will come away much more knowledgeable about marine coverage. 800-339-1235 Give them a try and while you are at it, mention where you saw them. You won't be sorry. Thanks.

I don't know??? On one hand you have...

Ranger! Sounds like... Texas Rangers. The Lone Ranger. A good and faithful dog companion maybe... Or maybe a valiant steed who always gets you safely home?!? Honor. Integrity. And faithfulness come to mind...

Then... you have skeeter?!? First thing I think of is... annoying bugs that have no positive purpose on this Earth. West Nile Virus. Blood disease. That little bzzz zzzz zzzz whine in the ears... which then makes me think of jet skis ?!? Do we even want to go there?!!!??? (And of course, most 'skeeters' down south are guys who drag their feet fixing your car, and then charge you for mysterious 'extras' they didn't mention beforehand... all while scratching themselves absentmindedly and spitting tobacco juice at your feet... yuck!

WOW - bad experience with a Skeeter?!?!?!  :o

The Skeeter is the best boat I've been in.  I love the ride, the quickness, stability and overall handling.  I never get wet from the ride in 1-foot chop.  I never have to worry about a Ranger beating me to my first spot because it is faster.  And most importantly, I don't have to sell the farm to get one.

Shall I go on ...   :P

I'm sorry... did you say something. I was daydreaming about my Ranger...

Actually, I was just passing on a lesson in marketing 101 - "What's in a Name?" I have infrequent experience with a mosquit... er, skeeter, good or bad. I'd just change the name to... to Spot? (Old Yeller?)... or Trigger maybe? Or Tiger. Yeah, I like Tiger.

Now Worldwide Marine Underwriters... that's a great name. I mean, its Worldwide and Marine. Great name for a quality product!

Slipkey

Just wanted to say thanks to Bob for hooking me up on the new policy!  It was time to renew and I saw this thread so I figured, "what the heck."

Bob knows his stuff and did a great job going through all of my gear and equipment with me to make sure I'm fully covered for everything that's in my boat.

djkimmel

Thanks so much Slipkey - I'm not making this stuff up. Bob and Worldwide Marine Underswriters are the real deal - Better Coverage for Less Money. Period!
