Scope and Purpose
The Scope and Purpose of the Christian Anglers Board (CAB) is to provide a place on GreatLakesBass.com where members can identify with one another, share positive experiences, encourage each other and maybe share prayer needs. This is by no means an effort to show partiality to one group over another, but GreatLakesBass.com will always review all ideas proposed by members, and pursue those that seem to best fit the purpose, goals and needs of the site and members at that time.

Rules and Guidelines
The CAB is a place for Christians to meet and hang out. To avoid wasteful controversy, we must insist that the discussion be limited to the appropriate scope of the board.  This includes:
- Fellowship,
- Sharing personal stories,
- Sharing prayer requests,
- And encouraging each other.

We recognize that there are many doctrines that people hold dear and vital. While denominations may have differing takes on things, the CAB is a place for respect of each others' views. We choose to share what we have in common rather than argue or debate about where we may differ. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll participate and be encouraged.

To maintain a positive atmosphere, we don't allow arguments about denominational differences, theological debates, personal criticisms, slams against any group, or any sort of "I'm right and your wrong" discussion. These are outside the scope and purpose of the CAB. Controversial content and/or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization can put GreatLakesBass.com at serious risk by causing potentially serious contract issues.

To present a positive witness to the community, there will be no exceptions of these guidelines.  We will do our best to moderate this board, but as always, posts by visitors to GreatLakesBass.com are the opinion of the poster and not GreatLakesBass.com. GreatLakesBass.com is not responsible.

As always, if someone does say something that you disagree with, we ask that you just let it go.  If it's a clear violation of the Christian Anglers Board guidelines, please report the post to the moderators using links available in each post. GreatLakesBass.com reserves the right to moderate and/or remove any and all posts with or without explanation. We reserve the right to disallow anyone from participation that we feel is disrupting the intent of the CAB.

We'll do our best to be fair, but if we all stay positive, need should be minimal.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
Unless clearly stated as such, opinions expressed by Dan Kimmel on this forum are not the opinions or policies of The Bass Federation of Michigan.
