A few years ago cabelas was blowing out all there Quantum 3.8-1 acurists and I bought one to use for deep cranks and it rocks!!! I would try to find one on ebay or something. for dd22's theres nothing better

Not a 3.8:1, but here's the lowest I've seen in a new reel.  The David Fritts 4.7:1

I have a couple of the old Browning BB1NG.  It was the reel that Fritts won the Classic on Lake Seminole.  They are 4.4:1.  They are very similar to the ones that Revtro has linked to.  The gearing is just very slightly different.  Pretty much the same reel though.  I really like them for deep cranking.
