Okay Waterfoul, how can you have a store in Grand Rapids and I don't know about it? What store, where is it, what are the hours, and do you have a chair in the back where old guys can sit and drink coffee and talk incessantly??? I live in Hudsonville.

I agree about humminbird stepping up their customer service . ..I recently sent back a three year old 987si unit with  the transducer and they sent me a new 997si and a new transducer, no charge !!  I love it .

i've had excellent service from HB. Before i purchased the 797c SI i corresponded with a service rep via email several times. he got me all the info i needed to update the software in my matrix17 so i could network it with the 797 - all before i purchased a thing.

always have been a hummin' bird fan. i think they're a great product and their service is great also. in fact looking for a new one for next season to fit a navionics chip i got as a gift this past september. my other won't work w/ it.
so looking to sell a couple of them i have. one is a matrix 65 including the navionics chip and a pro angler depth finder if anyone is interested.
