This is the site of the GPS moderator on Bass Boat Central, he is a Lowrance guy...pretty helpful, alot of cool stuff I never knew.

Here is a neat trick to try.

Lowrance with GPS speedo display!!! with master odometer!
If you have a Lowrance with GPS there is a ANALOG display speedo! It also has a odometer that can not be reset. Every mile you have run with your unit on and gps hooked up, it has recorded miles traveled.

How to get to it...

First go to GPS mode, and full map display.
Then start mashing the EXIT button in double or triple click
The speedo will pop up.
To exit the speedo just click exit again.
It will take some doing but you will get the hang of it.

Also what ever info you have on the GPS info display, ie: temp, time, depth will also be on the speedo
