We rocked em out there today.  What an awesome day.  For a while, the lake was like glass.  The water along the Mile Roads has finally cleared and I had good visibility down to 12' FOW.  Saw tons of beds and caught tons of bass.  Most were in the 2.5 to 3.5 range.  We caught several nice fat females.  For a while it was literally a fish every other cast.  They were fighting over our lures and most of the fish we caught spit out shad.  What an awesome day.  It was so nice to see the lake back to normal for this time of year.  The water temp where we were was 73 degrees.  FUN FUN FUN  ;D

I went after work and you are correct. But I stayed shallow and never made three casts in a row without a fish and never moved more than 100 feet. there were HUGE schools of baitfish and the smallies, largeheads, perch and pike were gorging.

I was on vacation all week from work and was out on LSC on Tuesday as well.  I don't have much to add to Revtro's report.  But we rocked 'em as well.  Caught over 50 fish.  Most in the 2.5 to 3.5lb range.  Had several over 4lbs and 3 fish over 5lbs.  For those of you that are on Facebook.  I have pictures posted on my wall from Tuesday as well as Thursday and Friday.  It was a great week out there and again LSC did not disappoint.  LSC and Erie are still and will always will be the World's Greatest Smallmouth Waters........bar none.
