I think there is a good chance my wife will be selling my boat :-[ :'(.  It's hard enough to make ends meet with me in school full time, and soon we'll be taking on the added cost of financing a University education, as well as her going back to school almost full time.  Money's not there, time is not there, even though the drive is definitely there.  It's a 2000 Javelin Renegade 20, single console, single axle trailer, with a soon to be finished (I hope) rebuilt Johnson 200.  Has a 81 lb Minn Kota at the front, 3 batteries in the back, and is still in good shape.  Been on the big water a few times, but not much.  The ride is great, some people on here can attest to that.  We're going to take a huge hit on it, but that's why it's called a hobby.  Anyone want a boat for around $13,000? >:( >:( >:( >:(

Sacrifices like you are making will pay off in the long run...There have been times in my 45 years that I have basically had to sell pretty much everything but my house to stay up with bills...The machine tool industry used to be feast or famine now it is just famine...
My wife is in the middle of Nursing school and I am wrapping up some pretty big bills this year..Luckily I am blessed at work but I am still cutting way back on Fishing tournaments and a few other things this year...Things hopefully will look better next year..

Keep your head high and keep on driving forward and things will work out....Then maybe you can buy a new Bass Cat...Now wouldn't that be awesome... ;D

PM sent...

Was actually thinking the next one will either be a Cat or an Allison.  We'll see how things work out.  With the way calculus is going right now, it may be a liitle longer than I thought. :D

Ugh! Calculus... ∞ + 1... If you get an Allison... I just want to drive it one time. Please. But not in real rough water. Has to be smooth or a light chop with no tuna boats.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
