According to the latest tweet: http://twitter.com/SleepyHollowSP the new and improved boat ramp at Sleepy Hollow State Park on Lake Ovid is now open 24 hours using the new (and much desired) entrance off Price Road only just east of Shepardsville Road. Straight shot right into the boat ramp!!!

Huge improvement!! No more wondering about the main entrance verses the night entrance!?! No more loooonnngg, slow drive around the entire lake! Zip a few hundred yards right into the boat ramp from Price Road! The only entrance now to the boat ramp! 24 hours a day. 7 days a week.

I'll check out the permit situation and get back with everyone soon. Now, I can be getting my nice bass lures eaten by big muskies so much faster!!!!! ;D

Congratulations to Tim and all the crew, and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment for a job well done! For more information on Sleepy Hollow State Park just go to www.michigan.gov/sleepyhollow.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
