Indiana TBF state brought in 15 keepers weighing 41 pounds 10 ounces to total 82 pounds 1 ounce now after day 2, taking a 1 pound 9 ounce lead over repeat champion Michigan. The Michigan state team caught 12 bass today weighing 31 pounds 5 ounces bringing their tournament total to 80 pounds 8 ounces. There's a 20 pound drop in the state team standings after that so it should come down to the home team Indiana verses the previous two divisionals champs TBF of Michigan.

The Ohio state team is still in third, catching 12 bass on day 2 weighing 27 pounds 12 ounces for a total of 60 pounds 4 ounces.  Minnesota TBF is 4th. They also caught 12 bass weighing 30 pounds 3 ounces for a tournament total of 57 pounds 13 ounces.

Illinois is 5th with seven bass today weighing 16 pounds 11 ounces for 43 pounds 15 ounces while the Wisconsin state team is still in sixth and last place with six keepers that weighed 14 pounds 13 ounces making their total 40 pounds 2ounces.

The day 1 leader Don Watts lost a keeper early and was unable to land another the rest of the day. The only angler to get a limit on day 1, Allen Boyd of Salem, Indiana brought in another limit to take a huge lead. His day 2 limit weighed in at 15 pounds 12 ounces to give him the big lead at 27 pounds 15 ounces.

Don Watts (LGMOUTH) still leads the Michigan team by 3 pounds 10 ounces, and despite the 2nd day zero, still sits in 2nd place overall due to the tough fishing at Patoka.

Hopefully, the Michigan guys can all get on track tomorrow and win their 3rd northern division title in 3 years!!! They are the only team that has all 12 members at least weighing in 1 keeper after two days of fishing the tough waters.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
