Best launch for LSC mile roads

Planning on hitting LSC this weekend and fishing the mile roads

But I'm not sure on were I sould launch
So if you could please help me find the right launch to use

The St Clair Cutoff MDNR Ramp (I think that is the official name) is right in the mile rds.  Not sure where you are coming from, but if you get off 94 at Metro Parkway and go east to Crocker, turn right on Crocker, take it to the dead end (Jefferson), turn right on Jefferson, and the ramp is the first stoplight (turn left into the ramp).  It's way easier to actually do than it is to read on here.

There are other launches along the Mile Roads.  They are municipal launches of St. Clair Shores.  My favorite is behind the public library at 11 Mile Road.  Blossom Heath is at 10 Mile Road and there is another municipal launch at 9 Mile Road.  CSFISHSLAYER launches at the 9 Mile Road launch quite often.  I like 11 Mile because it is centrally located in the Mile Road areas.  I'll be out there on Friday.  Hopefully all this rain didn't muddy it up too much.

I usually just put in at the Crocker ramp... nice and easy to find, and a big lot.   But later in the year if the wind is from the east it fills with all the weeds tha lake gave up that day... leaves a lot of nastiness on your trailer!!

Technically don't you have to be a resident of the municipalities to launch at the 11 mile ramp by the library and the Blossom Heath Ramp?

At Blossom Heath and 9 mile and Jefferson the fee is $10.00 for non residents. I stopped launching at Blossom Heath because you had to motor thru a 1/2 mile of marinas to get in and out. 9 and Jefferson is Ok but it only has one in and out ramp and you have to walk a 1/4 mile to your vehicle. Good for weekdays though. Alter Road and St. Jean may still be open. I think your best bet is Clinton River cut/off,(Crocker) but lately they have been doing dredging.

don't mind that 9 1/2mi/blossom heath launch (if thats the one i'm thinking of - more like off of jefferson between 9 & 10mi?). kinda nice & quiet to get boat in & out.  besides, u have to drive a distance also launching out of metro.
might go & try there thursday if weather will be nice.

  OMG Mike, you aren't kidding.  That happened to me a couple falls ago.  Most of the trailers in the parking lot looked like they had fur like Wooly Mammoths  !!!  I should have taken a couple pictures.  There were piles of grass all over the lot and pulling the boat out was a trick also.  (Spinning tires on the slimmy wet grass)
