Water pressure gauge will not go back down to 0 it stays at 20lbs when the motor is shut off. But when running it will go up to 25/30 lbs depending on how fast I'm going. What are your thoughts on this?

Thanks
Bill

Yup, you got a bad gauge.  Water pressure gauges are mechanical, and should return to zero when the boat is turned off.

Guess i'll just put a new one in. Not bad got 6 years out of this one.

You can also send it back for repair if it is a Faria. Mine did the same thing and I had it repaired. Instead of capping it off while mine was out for repair I bought another one and put it in. Now that one has the same problem so I need to switch it with the repaired original now.
