I just got a Go Pro. Been messing with it a little. Still not very proficient with it. Any body out there have any good suggestions. I bought the Hero 3 Black with the remote. Like the idea of being able to mount it on my motor cover and use the remote to start and stop the camera. I also like being able to put it directly in the water to get those pics of the fish coming to the net. I plan to mount it on a board then to a brick to do some bed fishing video next June. They use the Go Pros a lot during the Bassmaster event. They have them mounted on poles to get shots without getting too close to the angler. They can also get those low to the water shots that way as well.

The Bassmaster camera guys (they actually work for JM Associates) use Go Pros for all kinds of things mounting them all over the boat and on the angler sometimes. You can do just about anything with them. I've seen them used a lot underwater.

Quite a few of the underwater and near surface shots, and boat and truck running shots for ZONA's Awesome Fishing Show are done with Go Pro cameras.

I see that fishstick has recently started using one also. cameraguy has started using one so I hope to start getting some more good stuff with him too.
