Current Lake Level Projections - 2013

Feeling like a weather nerd today. As it stands, it looks like with current NOAA snow melt/rainfall forecasts, that Erie will fill back up again for the summer, while Michigan, Huron and St. Clair will continue to be low through 2013.

Those are current projections with average rainfall amounts going forward but, from what I understand, snowmelt and rain to the North and Northwest of the Lower Penninsula has more of a seasonal impact on Michigan, Huron and St. Clair, while Lower Penninsula snowmelt and Spring rains affect Erie through Ontario more.

When you say "Erie will fill back up". Does that mean back to last years level? Some reason the chart wouldn't open for me.
