I have a Humminbird 788 in my console. Does anyone use the voltage meter alarm, and if so what voltage do they use for the low setting?

I'm behind in my personal technology on my boat. What is the range that is available? Is it for general battery voltage? Is it intended to warn if your start battery is getting possibly too weak to start your engine?

I would think you want to keep the battery above something like 12.3 or .4 but I have seen lower readings work for electronics anyway, especially up at the bow since voltage can be lost in some of the wiring. I have seen low to mid-11's up there and the graph starts acting up. I would imagine that is even more of a problem with all these newer graphs and side imaging.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
