It appears that this is the first time we have ever played Akron. They invade The Big House at noon this Saturday, September 14, 2013.

I would imagine the coaches will remind The Team we have to move past the ultra-emotional Under the Lights event of this past Saturday. I expect Akron to play their best game ever hoping for the chance to knock of 'Mighty' Michigan on their home turf of Michigan Stadium (ala the Appalachian State 'debacle'  ::)). Not too often teams get to play in front of 110,000 plus football fans.

Akron is 1-1 so far with drubbing at UCF in Florida back in August 38-7, and then a come from behind and hold 'em off victory over James Madison 35-33 last Saturday.

I expect a Michigan victory but, as always, I hope to a hard-played, exciting football game with maybe time for a few pictures again from the NW corder of the endzone in Michigan Stadium! GO BLUE!!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
