The most cost effective thing to do is to have them recovered.  I had mine done a couple years ago for about $150.  Check around your area for shop that can do that.

Wow, that is cheap. When I was looking to do mine I couldn't find a place that would recover them cheaper than I could buy new. bassboatseats .com was what I ended up buying.

 yeah i remember talking to u bout that few years back.but to save me 300 bucks it might be worth taking them up there only 2 hr drive

I bought my exact seats for my Skeeter off of eBay last year. The guy has a ton of Skeeter seats on there right now. I was watching them for a while, and all of a sudden the prices were cut in half. I wasted no time, bought both seats, and within an hour, the prices were back up. It was wierd,  but I lucked out.

Yep. It was really strange when I got mine.  But I got both for $250. They were the exact seats for my boat though.
