I recently picked up a Bass Pro Extreme ML Spinning Rod and Shimano Sahara Reel for a pretty good price off of another site. The guy spooled both spools with Yo-Zuri Hybrid in 6lb test prior to shipping to me.

Is this good line????  I was planning on using the rod for finese applications, does this sound like a good setup?

Yes, I like the regular Hybrid a lot.  I do not like the Hybrid ultra soft in clear though.  It is not clear at all.

The regular hybrid is really good all purpose line and 6# would definitely fall into the finesse category.  If that is the 6'8" ML extreme rod, it is a very good dropshot / shaky head rod.  The tip is light but has good backbone from the fast taper.  They lack quality in the thread wrapping and finishing, but still really good rods for their sale price of $60.
