Hey all,

Vic and I have worked out our schedule for this year.

All Saturday's
May 26th ? Lobdell (opening day) ? Whites or DNR
June 9th ? Orion - DNR
June 30th ? Oakland ? DNR
August 18th ? Orion - DNR
Sept. 8th ? Cass ? DNR - Pizza afterwards

As you see, we are going to try doubling up on Orion this season.  All ramps have been called, but if we do have any changes I will post them immediately.  We have done all we can to avoid the major circuits and we have a great group of guys/gals that fish the division, so we hope you can come out and enjoy the fun. Vic and I are looking forward to the 2007 season.

$125 per event
Big Bass pot included
5 bass limit per team
NBAA membership required
NBAA rules
Check-in before 6:30 AM

Hey George,

What happened to Pontiac Lake?  I guess you can't go wrong with Orion twice this year with the weigh in we had last season.  That was a blast.  The one bad thing I can see about the schedule..... is the first tourney is too far away!  Can't wait for another great season.

dhuff

George,

I see on the NBAA website that it has Pontiac still listed.  Is that just because the change to Orion hasn't been made to that schedule yet or did you switch back to Pontiac for this year?

Vic Cerabone

#3
Nope, the schedule is as George listed it.  Orion twice, and no event on Pontiac.  It's not final because we don't have all our permits yet.  We had considered Pontiac but that is now out.  We had such great results at Orion last year (20 boats with 20 limts) that we're going to double up on it this year.

I'll post a flyer once we have our events final.

I can't wait till spring either!  All this talk at the fishing show has got me thinking about fishing again!

Finally, here's a flyer with our dates once again.  Again, this schedule is different from the lakes you my have originally seen in the NBAA mag, website, etc.  George has been in talks with the director of the new 1 on 1 circuit to resolve the conflict date.

Once other nice thing about our schedule is that it's BFL -friendly too!  That my doing since I'm going to give the BFL a shot this year.

Just a reminder, I'll be working the NBAA both from 8 am to 2 pm this Saturday (3/10) at the BPS Spring Classic.  Stop by if you want to chat or get some info about any of the NBAA events.

The first even usually draws close to 40 boats then they drop off and average about 18-25 boats.  Good Division very well ran and a lot of fun.

I am thinking I might go ahead and contribute to someone's house payment.  All but one of the dates fit in my schedule.
