12 boats at the ramp on a fine day to go out fishing.
Temps reached the lo 80's w/ some partly cloudy skies and wind later in the day.
Water temps in the uppers 70's, I saw 77-78 degrees.
Traffic on the lake was slo until a lil after 12pm then the chain became a mad house of recreational boaters.

Ron Foley came out on top bringin in 12.87 lbs w/ a monster 5.08lb smallie!  Nice work.  $390 in his wallet.  1st place makes him eligible for the classic also.

Mike Oberski pulled in 5 quality fish for 12.04 lbs for 2nd place and $160.

Mike Hicks had 5 fish for 11.16 which was good for 3rd place and $110.

It was a tough day out there trying to catch quality fish for most.

Next tourney is Sept 20th on Crooked Lake. 7-3pm

Classic will be held on Wixom Lake (located north of Midland off 30) on Oct 5th which is a Sunday.  More info to follow.
Thanks for coming out.
Later Heff
