Ok  heres the deal

NO COST.  June 19th.  East GT bay, west bay if ya wanna make the run .    Launching out of the center road launch or Elk Rapids.  Start time  7:30 'ish    in at 2:30 'ish

ER is a minimal 5 bucks for the day to launch. (All depends on what wind  as to what lauch so we can safely fish and boat) . Alternitave lake --Skegemog/Elk/Torch , if the wind is just too much on the bay to operate safely.  ( I will keep an eye on that concidering I live  here)  

Bragging rights to the winner.

Food::   Either a resturant like MR C's or a lakefront BBQ at my place. Plenty of parking for rigs either in yard , on road or at neighbors. The food situation is put to you guys as to how you want to handle it.     BBQ at either launch might be difficult as June is peek season up here and would require pulling a permit  for the launch facility.

TCook-- I kinda picked the 16th  because Mike S will be up here then with MCFish and their buddy on Tuesday and I really wanted to include Mike and MCfish in this. ( Mike's not a bad guy, even if he acts more polish than me with a jacket )
I know its a weird date, but I have a club event wed and the closer you get to a weekend , the launches get real busy.  Plus it seemed most guys would be here all week that week.

Don't do it around us. We are going up with the intention of fishing until we are ready to go home. I said earlier I wasn't interested in any kind of competition. I'm going up with 2 friends solely to fun fish. I've got all year to compete with people. That day wasn't on my list as one of them.

I hope I didn't come off the wrong way on that last post. We don't want to worry about time, or potentially end our day early if we find fish. It's a large body of water that none of us have been on. We want to figure it out without the thought of trying to weigh more than the next guy. Everyone on here knows I always enjoy all of your company anytime I run in to any of you. This trip started out last year when the 3 of us got together and went north for the day. We had a riot, and decided it would probably be a yearly thing.

So, if anybody took this wrong, I apologize. If you're up there on the 16th, do say hi.
