So I see they are going back to lake Hartwell in 2018. Checked into going down for that one so I started looking at booking a motel at that time. already several of them are booked full and they other ones have jumped their rates from 100.00 a night to 400.00 a night. What are you going to do if you go down. I got lucky that one of the guys I used to work with lives just 50 miles from Greenville and told me I have an open invite any time I want to come down. :)

What the heck are those hotels thinking?? I would never pay that much for a hotel room. Good luck to anyone who does...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I went down to Columbus a few years back to attend my wife's neice(es?) wedding and stayed at a motel. $85 a night, but during the football season they can charge $400 also. That must be the magic number. There oughta be a law....
