Drove by the ramp today and shot some photos. The lot has more spaces.  Didn't count them.   The entrance and exit are off Duck Lake Road.  The entrance is north of the old one.  The Exit is where the old entrance was.  There is a new ramp that appears to be angled a bit.  The old ramp is still there.  There will be a lot less shore parking.  Not that there was a lot anyway.  Still looks like quite a bit of work to do..   Will be very nice when it is done.

Is the launch open for use? I was asked to take someone there soon..

No the bottom photo is the ramp.  It is in but no paving up to it.   Plus big piles of gravel on the sides.  Hopefully soon.  I will let ya know.

Drove by yesterday and they were landscaping the parking lot.   No more progress on the ramp side of the lake.   The ramps are poured but the rest needs paving.  I heard by the end of the month it may be done.

A month and a half late from the original report I recall.

Hopefully it will be done by early October.  Love fishing out there then.  Plus I miss lunch at the Inn after fishing.

Finished this year while there is still time to get out there would be nice...

Drove by this morning and looks like at least a little progress has been made.  The parking lot appears to be done.  The ramp into the water is in but the approach still needs a lot of work.  They did pour some curbing but that is about it.   Going to be interesting backing a trailer up with the curbing in place.  Just hope it is done so I can at least get one trip out there this year.

As if it wasn't already challenging enough!?! I remember watching some guy who also was nice enough to cut in front of me - more important, I guess, try to back down the pre-existing ramp. Three times while he was 'hurrying' he backed up part way onto the actual dock before realizing he was missing the water and pulling ahead... I bet that curb ends up with lots of tire marks on it...
