Wixom Lake

I'm taking a trip up north in a couple of weeks and i was wondering is this a good lake to fish...maybe even a little info on the lake. Any info would be appreciated.

I like it , lots of big fish , large and smallmouths . I'd put in at the party-store in All Bright Shores , its cheaper than the county launch . Fish the points right across from the dam in ten FOW, throw wacky-rigged senkos in baby-bass, green-pumkin creatures on a small shakey head jig or black/blue jig and pig ,in the weeds .Or cross under M-30 and go up the Tobacco river for smallies . Be careful at the store launch though , theres rocks just north of the ramp , you must stay next to the bank until you reach the bridge . Good luck    Charles
