Does anybody fish the North Central Mi weekend challenge? Thinking about fishing the division this coming summer and was just wondering if anybody had any opinions on the division or on the NBAA.

I was also wondering is it possible to make the championship fishing only one division? It seems like a lot of guys fish multiple divisions, but is it possible to accumulate enough points just fishing the weekend challenge?

Durand Dan

Your points go to the division you partisapate in. The top 30% plus a wildcard qualify for the championships. Here is a link to the rules page.

I have always enjoyed fishing NBAA and have done so for years!  I havent fished that particular division but I am sure you would enjoy it.  The reason so many guys fish multiple divisions is the divisions are broken down into 3 colors and each color has its own championship.  So like this year, if a guy is going to drive down to Patoka why not try and qualify for all 3 days.  I am in 2 of the three days!
