Nope.  A paper tourney uses bump boards (in this case, the Golden Rule Weighmaster) to record the length of fish caught and then you record it onto a scorecard.  You fish with a partner so that you can keep each other honest about it.  You don't keep fish in a livewell or bring them to a weigh-in.
