All of a sudden my lowrance x25b ,that is mounted at the sterring wheel , is showing alot of horizontil lines some time they are darker than others. Anyone know what might be causing this?

djkimmel

I wish I knew. A screen draw problem, but I'm not sure I have heard anyone having this particular problem. I think I'd call Lowrance service and ask them to save time - it sounds like a repair, not something you can do anything about: 800-324-0045

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

sounds like electrical "noise" from something close to the transducer...sometimes by setting the ping speed a little slower it will clear this up, but this may not be the case at all...call Lowrance.
