I''m thinking of signing up to marshall one of the elite series events.  My question is witch one would be the best to sign up for ? I just want to get some on-line thoughts from my peps.

Here is my short list.

Dixie Duel                Wheeler Lake

Alabama Charge        Pickwick Lake

maybe Carolina Clash Lake Murray

I don't know anything about Marshalling, but are you planning on hanging around and fishing too?

Pickwick may have fewer choices of places to stay since it is not real close to any city. I've only been there once and can't wait to get back though. I haven't been to Wheeler yet but I would guess that it is pretty similar since it's another of the lakes on that chain and not too far away.

Lake Murray was impressive the last time I remember watching a major tournament there. Lots of toads!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
