What a nice day.  The weather was absolutely perfect.  The fishing was quite slow.  I think between us we got around 9 bass, but that didn't seem to matter.  It was fun getting together with some brothers.  Apparently Ellipsis is quite the griller!  He had the hookup and definitely helped us have a great BBQ.  It was great to make conversation with some new friends and I'm really looking forward to this becoming something we do regularly.  For those of you who couldn't make it, I still think a winter gathering would be a blast.  I'll put something together and get it up here very soon.  Again, thanks to all who made it.  It could not have been a nicer and more blessed day.

It was really nice to put faces to names and even if the fishing was slow, I still had a blast.  Couldn't have asked for a better fall day and the pure kindness of everyone I met was amazing.  Looking forward to the next event.

Well let's not wait to get a couple things planned.

It was suggested that we do a winter fellowship and I think that's a great idea.  I have a great date.  Just to show we're not superstitious, let's do it Friday, January 13th.   

I am going to put up a sign up now so we can start making plans.
