Co to pro

Hello all,

I was reading the FLW tour rules and am still not sure exactly which or how many co anglers have the option of turning pro.
The rule states that the top 10 co anglers from the opens and the Majors have the option to turn pro for 2013.

So is it 10 from the opens and 10 from the majors making it 20 total spots or is it 10 total and they combined the major/open points to determine?

Does anyone have an idea?

Can you post a copy of that rule here? That should refresh my memory about the rule.
