For those of you looking for maps, Ft. Madison is in Pool 19 of the Mississippi river. Fishing Hotspots does not make these maps anymore. I talked with them this morning.

Sportsman connection does include Pool 19 and Pool 18 (one pool north) in their Iowa mapbook. That book is available online for $22.00 from their website and I talked with them this morning.

Good luck, Kev

You might try to Google/Yellow Pages out the area tackle shops. I found copies of the Hot Spots books that way before. They may be out by now, but you never know unless you try.

There are also large chart books available from the Corps of Engineers (I think). I'll have to dig out my map books and see exactly where I got them, but I found them online at one of the Corps district web sites I believe.

I like maps... lots of maps. ;D

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

What's with the news these days on the TV and the radio. Can't find the truth amongst the lies. Some talking head that claims to live their life in a better way, says I have to compromise. But now there's something on the rise. Truth has opened up my eyes. There's no running from your dirty lies. You can't avoid the truth. I'll no longer close my eyes.

What's going on in Fort Madison anyway?
I just got back from there, and I know of another member that was at the same tournament.
I might be able to help get someone pointed in the right direction.

The only bad thing is that after tomorrow at 3:00 I will not be back at a computer until September 11th.

BFL regional for Michigan division is at Ft. Madison first week of October..

Got my Sportsman Connection book yesterday and it covers all the pools around Ft. Madison. Not bad maps but a little small.
