Since we already have a thread going to test our conduct in a very contentious political race, I'm going to lock this thread to discussion. One of the main reasons I first created GreatLakesBass.com was to build a place that would attract as many people as possible to a source of good, trusted information to help all of us be more knowledgeable and maybe more involved in all the things that affect this sport we love.

Along those lines, I wanted to provide a couple links that have a small amount of information from the camps of the two main presidential candidates on the topic that most fits our shared sport and the topics covered by GreatLakesBass.com. I would never expect most United States of America voters to vote based only on one set of issues but the outdoors are very important to us so here's some information on where the two candidates stand on outdoor issues such as hunting and fishing.

The Bassmaster.com link is really a summary and comments on the real question and answers interview from the people at Keep America Fishing.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
