Not a Lake Mac fan.  Just don't care for it at all.  Might hit a few of the Grand ones... we'll see what kind of time I have next summer.

For anyone who doesn't like fishing Mac. There are no restrictions for running so you can run anywhere. There will be no off limits.

Dutchie1030

I had to change the schedule a little due to Al and Bobs tournament on July 7th at the Grand. So we will fish Lake Mac on July 7th and Grand on July 21st.

Dashforcash

Sorry about that I didn't see this series, Its hard to figure out were everyone is going to be especially if its a new series. We at the Al and Bobs Lake Shore Series do apologize. Looks like fun might have to jump into a few of these. Once again sorry for the scheduling conflict been in that sitution more then once.

Dutchie1030

Thats not a problem. Come join us if you have some free Sundays open and spread the word. We have a great groups of guys that have fun and that are serious when it comes to the fishing.

Waterfoul

Good luck on Lake Mac if the water doesn't come up a bit.  A lot of very shallow water, mud and muck out there right now... a lot of docks might not have any water under them this year.  Here's hoping for a wet spring I guess.

Should be fine in the spring, Holland has 50+ inches of snow for February! Hope for a wet year period though, all the lakes are down from last year's drought.

jgip087

The problem is that almost all of that 50 inches of snow has been lake effect. I'm guessing the water level of the lakeshore lakes/rivers is going to be extremely low if we don't have a TON of rain this spring! The water level for all of bodies of water connecting to Lake Michigan is directly related to its water level. The ramps might be completely out of the water by summer...

The fish aren't going anywhere!! We just might have change our way of fishing a little and the places were fishing!!! Just have to be a little careful running around this year if the water levels don't come up.

Brian are you going to post weights per tournament and cumulative weights periodically for the season?

Dutchie1030

Jimmy's my computer guy so if I talk nicely to him I'm hoping he can post after every tournament. What do you think Jimmy? Can you me up?

Braidman

Yes, I can post the tournament results. Brian, you will need to track the cumulative though from the event sheets I made for you.

A lot of lake effect snow though... which in the long run doesn't do much for raising the water level because it came out of the lake to begin with.  The storm we got this week is what we need... non-lake effect.  That and some rainy nights this spring (we don't want it to rain during the day... that's when WE fish!).

Think rainy thoughts I guess.

That's not good!!! I'll figure out what I'm going to do. Might just have to launch at Collins park instead.
