Does anyone know if there is a Junior Bassmaster club here in Michigan? Kind of late to be figuring it out but better late than never right? I imagine there has to be one around here somewhere, and if not, WHY NOT??!?! not enough interest? Please let me know if you have any info, thanks alot

My club has one here in Jackson.

Although we have not voted on our affiliation, BASS or TBF, we will always have a Junior Club.

If I am close enough to you, PM me, and I can give you the contact information.

There are 6 or 8 junior clubs that I've heard of depending on location. Some of the TBF guys are working on getting at least one junior club going - possibly Flint area and/or down towards Pontiac, or at least Clarkston.

TBF of Michigan is looking at the possibility of working with another well known tournament group to do some kind of coordinated youth program. I don't want to jinx it or put them on the spot, but we have talked to NBAA.

Stay tuned for further details.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I can hook you up with someone in the Oakland Cty area if you still need the info.  The coolest thing, the young man that took second in his division 11-14 years old fishes with his dad in our division on Monday nights.  He took 6th in the world.  Truly a nice father and son team and we are loving it that they fish with us. ;D ;D ;D
