Well I hope I'm posting this in the right area but if not move it to where it should be posted.

As some may know I have owned WaveSpin reels for a number of years now and never had any trouble with them, even after I dropped it in the lake. These reels can take dirt and water and still need little to no up keep. Now I'm a bad one for up keep, I'm good if I clean and oil them every year when I take the time too. Well I had my first problem with a WaveSpin reel and it was not anything that can be seen till it happens. One side of the bailer broke in the middle of the piece so the reel was down for repairs.
So since I won it last year I called Russ and asked him to send the piece to repair it, figuring it would be right since I did not spend money on it. Well Russ wanted me to send it in so he could see it personally and get it fixed for me. I sent it out on Tuesday afternoon by mail and he got it shortly after that, well on Saturday here it comes back in the mail, all good for me to use.
Now that shows a company that cares for it customers they could of just sent me the part and left it at that but not Russ he had to repair it, test it out, and make sure everything was right with it! The only thing is he set it up for a right hand person and I use it left handed only so I moved it over and it is good to go again.

Thanks WaveSpin and Russ for being a great company to do business with

I sure appreciate hearing some good news. Thanks! I know Russ is an outstanding person so I'm not surprised at this news. But I'm glad you're happy regardless. I like it when people in my part of the world are happy! :)

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
