Meijer's clearance

not sure if it's everywhere but Meijer in Midland had Bombers, Rat-l-trap, YUM, Gulp and Rapaplas on clearance. I got Bomber 6a's for 2.70 and Yum zellamanders fro 1.60. Just thought I'd pass it along

The Meijer in Mason had the same deal going on so I would assume a lot of the stores are having this clearance sale.  I couldn't resist picking up some good looking Bombers and Rapalas, and I was suprised that they would be having this good clearance right before spring.

Thanks for the head's up on this one Fowlmouth.  I just stopped in at meijer's and dropped 60 bucks for 120.00 worth of cranks and traps.  

I hope to high heaven they put the X raps and deep divers on clearance next.  I talked to the guy at Meijer's and he said he doesnt know what will be on clearance next.  The manufacturers determine the clearance, not the store.  Makes me wonder if there might be some deals at Wal Mart and other shops.  hrmm... I might have to look.  If those X-Raps hit the clearance the wife is not going to be happy with Rapala.  Oohh... gotta go I see her scraping up enough money for the house payment.  That cant be good...

well, bargain shoppers keep your eyes on Dick's Sporting goods. Their annual fishing clearance should start pretty soon; 33% off anything fishing that ends in .97. Just stay away fron the Saginaw store!

A few months ago I got bombers at Meijers for $0.50 a piece, I bought all they had which was around 60.  I checked a few others but it was just that store.  Wal-mart used to have good clearances on reels, but they no longer carry the good stuff.

I too drop about 60 bucks on Bombers and Rapalas. Going to go to the one by my work tomorrow at lunch time.

Stopped at mine today, tackle was on clearance but nothing that looked good to me.  No props or acessories.  Just some lures, and unless you wanted platinum tubes, no soft baits.  One of you must have been there.

I went to the Meijer by work at lunch today, bad move!  They had an even better selection then the one I went to last night. No Bombers but a lot more variety of Rapalas.  They also had some Power Pro 30 and 50lb Braid for 5 bucks a pack.

The store from last night didnt have them marked yet, I had to take them to the scanner and scan the prices to find the clearance ones. So if you dont see the Orange Stickers dont get discouraged.

stopped by the local meijer with the wife. after i took a quick look in the bin... i sent her off on her own and told her i would just ring out seperatley....

picked up a bunch rap DT 6s for 3.50 each... rat-l-traps for 1.50... and a bunch of yum and strike king tubes and lizards. thanks for the tip. spent 85 bucks but saved 70 !!
