for those of you that haven't made it.  there is a ton of stuff.  we all swap things.  there is lots for sale too.  Mojo and I swap about ten things in the truck before we even get there.

Frank

You should put a dash cam in the vehicle and record this. Then show it at the real swap meet. Kick things off!

You going to mandate this ?
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

I don't have any way to mandate what you and Frank do in a truck..? I would suggest you keep it legal just as friendly advice... maybe follow all international trade agreements?!? but a video might be fun for people...

Just throwing this out there:  I know we are all bass guys, but I am in the market for a new Muskie rod, if anyone has one for swapping or selling purposes.

I have a Fenwick 7ft 6in Telescopic HMX-T... 1/4-1 1/4 lure weight, 10-25lb line rating, MH Fast tip that might work for you... This was going to be a frog rod for me, But I don't think I used it but a couple times. Frog fishing just hasn't been what I have done in the last year or so. I bought this rod new last winter and is still in the same condition.

It may not be heavy enough for your needs.. I don't musky fish and not sure what your looking for...

Sure do! I don't think the city will be by anytime real soon to grind them up! We're going out in a few minutes to tackle the big pile! I could cut a few 8 footers that look promising...?

A graphite stick might weigh a bit less, but thanks for the offer.

djkimmel

Would weigh a lot less. Especially now that all the wood is buried deep under the snow...

I think I would leave them there until spring.... Make a pile and burn.  ;D The snow here is just like how Michigan used to be when I was a kid..  ::)  Dang global warming.  :P

Wonder if anyone would be willing to swap a few back deck rides for something?  Bottles of jack?  Crown royal? Bombay?  A custom built rod holder?

Just wondering....

I need to break down and buy a darn boat!

This year there will also be a silent auction to help out a family in need of our help. Please see the link http://breanna.brandirawks.com/. I'm asking for any donations for the auction. So if you pour plastics or lead, paint baits, or have new or vintage baits or anything you wish to donate please get in contact with me so we can get a table ready early that way everyone gets a good look at what's for auction. We may also be able to "package" items in small tackle boxes before the auction starts, it's much nicer to get a weight kit instead of a plastic bag full of weights or jigs etc.
What is a Silent Auction? This link should help out.

we just got a big box of Baits for the Big Bass 4 Breanna yesterday in the mail. With no returs address and no note we have no idea who sent this box, but to the auction block it will go. to find out what's in the box you will just have to come on over and find out for yourself.
Thank you, mystery fisherperson
