FLW PRO DQ'd

A third pro has been DQ'd from the FLW opener.   You would think with the money involved these guys would know the rules.  Guess not.

Be watching later today to see how Skip and Theo do.

The violations were kind of specific to the water and schedule. There was a Rayovac (formerly Everstart) tourney on Okeechobee 1/9, before the FLW. Two of the three DQ'ed pros, and possibly the third - I don't know, were fishing with Rayovac co-Anglers, practicing for the earlier tournament.  Because the Rayovac co-anglers weren't competitors in the FLW, the pros were DQ'ed from the FLW.  I understand FLW enforcing their own rules, but the circumstances of the schedule made it easy for confusion.
