Sign me up as non-boater.  If anyone is driving from within 15 miles of Ypsilanti, I'd love to carpool.

As much as I hate to say it, I'm going to have to miss it this year too. It's just not in the cards with everything I've got going on. Good luck everyone!

I had to order a new caliper assembly from Ranger for the trailer. With Mike dropping out that makes us even unless something else happens. Who do you want Dan, Bob O or Fricker dude??

Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

Okay. I will update the list.

Now, I have what seems to be my usual problem again - not enough boaters! Anyone out there with a boat able to make it even though it's kind of last minute??

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Can't afford to sink it again...

Dan,

I would volunteer to switch over to boater, but I am currently experiencing truck issues, and unsure what my status will be by the weekend.
Sorry,

J. C.

I can understand that. No problem.

Well, good luck getting that sorted out. We'll figure something out.

Are there any boaters willing to take 2 non-boaters with them on Saturday? Hate to ask but it looks like we may need that. You can let me know privately if you prefer either way. It is completely up to you, of course. I'm still looking for more boaters otherwise.

Rick has a truck that won't sink, maybe he can tow it?

oh, hope not to change things up but my boat really prefers 2 anglers total.maybe a "team" boat would be large enough for three?

Hope the wind changes for you.  I was going to come over and fish until 11 but the East wind forecast changed my plans.  Have fun all.  Be safe.

I'll be coming in from Muskegon.  Should I trust the Googlez to get me to the ramp without problems?

As long as it says take I-96 E to I-696 E to I-94 E to Metropolitan Parkway exit. Take a right and stay on there until you get to Jefferson Ave (stoplight before entering Lake St. Clair Metropark). Turn left on Jefferson. When it ends at stop sign, take a right on South River Road and then stay on that until it ends at the Harley Ensign BAS. Easy-peasy.
