Transfering Garmin Waypoints to my new Humminbird 1197......HELP!

I've gotten as far as transferring my waypoints from my Mapsource Garmin software to the Humminbirdpc software......then back to the SD card.........then put the card in my unit.....turn it on......and nothing happens.       What am I doing wrong???

Once you imported your Garmin waypoints into HumminbirdPC, did you re-save them as a separate file (in HB PC) and then save them to an SD card?  You must re-save them as a separate file before saving to an SD card.
